How will my parcel be sent?
Orders will be sent via a courier company of our choice. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers unless you are very remote and our courier cannot provide a street delivery service.
Can I order express?
Yes, express service is available for a fee for Australian orders. We have a very fast and reliable service, you will usually receive your order within 1-2 days. If you live in a very remote area please contact us before ordering express as it may need to go via Australia Post instead of our usual courier service.
Do you ship internationally?
YES!! We send to New Zealand, United States and Canada.
International parcels will be shipped via Australia Post Airmail. You may choose extra Tracking & Insurance for added security.
Does my order have tracking & insurance?
- Domestic – all parcels have tracking & insurance
- International Tracking – please choose Pack n Track (no insurance)
- International Insurance – please choose Registered Mail (no tracking)
PLEASE NOTE: for Australian orders – if nobody is home at the time of delivery, the parcel will be left at the door of the address if it is safe to do so, otherwise there will be a card left with collection details.
When will my order be sent?
In stock orders are usually sent within 1-3 days, if you require a package urgently be sure to choose Express.
Preorders will be sent after the time specified in the product description for that item.
What if my order contains both in stock & preorders, when will they be sent?
If you order in stock items and preorder items together all items will be held until everything is in stock. If you wish them to be sent separately please place two orders; one for the in stock items and one for the preorder items.
When will I receive my parcel?
The estimated delivery time from when your package has been shipped is:
- 3-7 working day to Australia
- 5-7 working days to New Zealand
- 7-14 working days to US/Canada
How much is shipping?
Freight charges depend on your delivery address and the weight of your products.

We want all our customers to receive the highest quality products and customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If there is a fault with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or missing item), please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include as many details as possible including your order number and photos clearly showing any faults is always helpful.
If the product is in stock at the time of return we will provide a replacement product including freight back to your original order address. If the identical product is out of stock we will provide you with a credit voucher to purchase an alternative item.
All products must be returned in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation and the Product and packaging cannot be broken or in any other way damaged in order to obtain a refund.
You are responsible for return freight. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products.
Where to return a product
Please note that when you return a product it is very important to include your order number as well as your name and address. Without these details we will not be able to process your refund. A detailed description of the problem is necessary.
