Customs Duties and Import Duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with the carrier in your country to see if there will be extra costs on arrival. Returns

HOW TO RETURN - AUSTRALIA & NZ

Lodge a return request for any full priced items through our online returns portal within 30 days of your order being shipped. Returns must be received by us within 14 days of your return being lodged online.

Process your returns via our returns portal

Return full priced items for a Store Credit or size exchange of the same item you originally purchased.

EXCHANGES

If you request an exchange, your new size will be automatically shipped with FREE STANDARD shipping once your return has been checked and processed.

Kindly note: An exchange is only accepted once against the original order and exchanged items will not be eligible for a further exchange or return.

ONLINE RETURN CONDITIONS

All products must be returned in new condition with original tags still attached. The items cannot be worn, scented, washed, damaged, broken, or altered in any way.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and the goods are your responsibility until they are received by us.

Returns received at our PO Box after 14 days of your return being lodged with us, will be automatically cancelled and your items will be returned to you at your expense.

Returns are processed within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse.

Change of mind includes returns for sizing and fit, colour and styling, or simply not loving an item.

We do our best to represent all our products as accurately as possible. Colour differences and floral print placement are not considered to be a fault. If you have any questions regarding colours, please contact us before placing your order.

Kindly note: If you decide to place a second order rather than waiting to return your first order, the refund for your first order will be in the form of a Store Credit.

HOW TO RETURN - OTHER COUNTRIES

Please email support@alittlelacey.com.au to start your return. We do not provide free exchanges on international orders. You may return your items at your expense for a Store Credit within 30 days of your order being shipped.

Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned unless deemed to be faulty as per Australian Consumer Law.

Order Cancellations

Our warehouse team pick and pack the orders very quickly to ensure you receive your products in the shortest time. Once placed your order cannot be cancelled.

You will be able to lodge a return for an exchange or Store Credit once your order has been received. (full priced items only).

We reserve the right to deduct non-refundable fees charged by merchants such as AfterPay, Stripe and PayPal if an order is cancelled for any reason.

Faulty Item Received

In the rare event your order includes a faulty item, we will replace with the identical item as per Australian Consumer Law. If the identical item is unavailable we will either refund you or replace with an item of your choice to the same value, once the fault has been verified. We are not able to change the size if your item is faulty.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and notifiy us at support@alittlelacey.com.au within 7 days of delivery of any faults. Please include photos of the fault to speed up the process.

Faulty items need to be received by us within 14 days of your return label being issued in order to be eligible for an exchange or refund.

Incorrect Item Received

We are human and mistakes can occasionally happen (not often, we promise). If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please email details to  support@alittlelacey.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. We will email you a paid shipping label to return your item. Once your parcel has been lodged with the postal carrier, we will ship the correct item to you.
