Australian Deliveries

VICTORIA – 1-2 Days Delay

ALL OTHER STATES – No Delays

We use a courier service which is very fast and reliable. If your order has not arrived within 1 week of being shipped please contact us immediately as this allows us to follow up in a timely manner.

Please check the tracking you have been sent once your order has been shipped for updates and let us know if your package does not seem to be progressing after a few days.

International Deliveries

All international shipping is experiencing long delays at present so please be aware when ordering.

We cannot guarantee delivery times, even if you choose International Express it is taking far longer than normal. Please check the tracking you have been sent once your order has been shipped for updates as this is the only way to see what is happening.


How will my parcel be sent?

Orders will be sent via courier. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers unless you are very remote and our courier cannot provide a street delivery service. Couriers have a drop-off point for most small towns.

PLEASE NOTE: for Australian orders – if nobody is home at the time of delivery, the parcel will be left at the door of the address if it is safe to do so, otherwise there will be a card left with collection details. You may leave a note at checkout stating where you would like your parcel to be left.

International orders will be sent via Australia Post. Australia Post has suspended Untracked mail overseas due to Covid-19. You can choose either regular Tracked Mail or Express Mail. All international mail is experiencing significant delays due to lack of flights. Please allow for this when ordering. We hold no responsibility if your order does not arrive in time.


Can I order express?

Yes, express service is available. We have a very fast and reliable service, you will usually receive your order within 1-2 days within Australia. If you live in a very remote area please contact us before ordering express as it may need to go via Australia Post instead of our usual courier service.


Do you ship internationally?

YES!! We send to New Zealand, United States and Canada. We can ship to other countries, please email us at info@alittlelacey.com.au for a postage quote.

International parcels will be shipped via Australia Post. You may choose either Tracked Mail or Express Mail for fast shipping.


When will my order be sent?

In stock orders are usually sent within 1-3 days, if you require a package urgently please choose Express Courier shipping option. Express orders are shipped the same day if ordered before 11am or the next business day.

Preorders will be sent after the time specified in the product description for that item.


What if my order contains both in stock & preorders, when will they be sent?

If you order in stock items and preorder items together all items will be held until everything is in stock. If you wish them to be sent separately please place two orders; one for the in stock items and one for the preorder items.


When will I receive my parcel?

The estimated delivery time from when your package has been shipped is:


  • 1-7 working day to Australia

  • 5-10 working days to New Zealand

  • 5-15 working days to US/Canada


How much is shipping?

Australian Orders

We have an easy FLAT RATE shipping charge for Australian orders.

REGULAR COURIER: $10 for orders under $100, FREE shipping over $100

EXPRESS COURIER $13.50 for orders under $100, Over $100 it is a small fee to upgrade to express shipping.

International Orders

Shipping cost depends on the weight of your items and is calculated at checkout.


Returns policy


30 DAYS HASSLE FREE RETURNS

We want all our customers to receive the highest quality products and customer satisfaction is our number one priority. 

    You are responsible for return freight. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products.

Faulty Goods

If there is a fault with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or missing item), please contact our customer service at support@alittlelacey.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.  Include as many details as possible including your order number. Photos clearly showing any faults are very helpful. Returns must be received at our warehouse within 30 days. Please provide a tracking number for your return.

If the product is in stock at the time of return we will provide a replacement product including freight back to your original order address, or a refund. If the identical product is out of stock we will provide you with a refund or credit voucher.

All products must be returned in their original packaging in new condition with tags still attached. The product cannot be broken or in any other way damaged in order to obtain a refund or credit.

It can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the return within 7 days.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a size it is fastest to purchase the new size straight away and it can be reserved for you and shipped to you quickly. You can then return the original item for a refund (excluding shipping). 

Alternatively you can return the original item and we will issue a store credit (excluding shipping) which can then be used to purchase the new size.

Change of Mind

We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item as stock changes quickly. All items must be in new condition with tags intact, unworn and unscented. Any additional postage charges are the responsibility of the customer, returns must be received by us within 30 days of when your order was delivered to you.

Once processed by our team and the return has been approved, you will be issued with a Store Credit  to the value of the goods purchased (excluding shipping cost). Non-refundable merchant payment processing fees may also be deducted from your credit value. 

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled as we warehouse team pick and pack the orders and ship them very quickly to ensure you receive your products in the shortest time.

You are responsible for return freight. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products.

Where to return a product

Please note that when you return a product it is very important to include your order number as well as your name and address. Without these details we will not be able to process your return. A detailed description of the problem is necessary.
