SHIPPING INFORMATION

COVID-19 DELIVERY INFORMATION (Updated 24 November 2021)

Australia – Postal delays are widespread especially to Victoria. Please allow extra time to receive your order. 

No refunds will be given if an order does not arrive in time as this is completely out of our control. Australia Post and other courier companies have suspended EXPRESS POST GUARANTEES. We ship all our items very quickly and will endeavour to make sure your items arrive quickly. Please be patient and check your tracking. If you have not received your item within a week or it looks “stuck” please contact the courier company or Australia Post first and see if they can help.

International Tracked – Significant delays at present due to limited flights. Please allow extra time when ordering as we cannot guarantee the usual delivery times. Refunds will not be given if items are not received on time.

We have extended some of our shipping times due to slight Covid delays.

Express $13.50 (2-5 Business Days)
Orders over $100 (Free Regular Shipping)

We send by courier to Australian street addresses. No signature is required. Parcels will be left at your address if safe to do so. You may leave a note at checkout stating where you would like your parcel to be left. Our couriers usually have a drop-off point in the nearest town if you live in a remote location.

You may request Australia Post delivery if you have a PO Box or your address is unsafe to leave your parcel. Lockers. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Yes we ship to the UK, Canada, New Zealand and other countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, if your country isn’t listed please ask us for a quote.


 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long does it take to process and despatch my order?

In stock orders are usually shipped within 1-2 days.
Express orders are shipped the same day if ordered before 12pm AEST.
Pre-orders will be sent on the date specified in the product description for that item.

What if my order contains both in stock & preorders? When will my order be shipped?

If you order in stock items and preorder items together all items will be held until everything is in stock. If you need them to be sent separately please place two orders.

What if I made a mistake on my order?

We may be able to amend the address or other details if your order has not yet been processed. Please email support@alittlelacey.com.au.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking Emails Missing?

Please check your junk email folder for our notification emails. Log into your account online and check that your email address was entered correctly when placing your order.


 

30 DAY RETURNS

Please email support@alittlelacey.com.au for returns. Once your return has been approved please return it to the address below. Your return will be processed within 7 days and you will be notified by email with a Store Credit to the value of the goods purchased (excluding any shipping cost). If youR return is due to a fault you will receive a replacement or refund.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – no returns for change of mind will be accepted on International Orders at this time due to postage charges and delays.

CHANGE OF MIND

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. This includes any reason other than a faulty item or incorrect item received.

You may return products for an exchange or credit note within 30 days. Please note we do not offer returns/exchanges on sale items. BLACK FRIDAY sale items are not able to be returned for an exchange or credit. 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges due to size or colour are classed as change of mind. We provide individual size charts for each item and endeavour to display each item as accurately as possible. Some product photographs are taken by professional photographers and brand reps and may be edited. We display multiple photographs of all items to show the item in different settings and lighting situations. If you are uncertain about size or colour please email us for help before placing your order. Floral placement will vary with each print, we do not accept returns because of print placement.

If you wish to exchange an item it is best to place a new order or the item/s you require may become sold out. You can then return the original item for a refund. Alternatively, simply return the original item and we will issue a store credit to use at your convenience.

FAULTY GOODS

Faults are rare as our quality control is excellent but they do happen from time to time. If your order includes a faulty item, we will either replace or refund the item once the fault has been verified. Please email details to support@alittlelacey.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.

INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED

We are all human and mistakes happen (not often, we promise). If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please email details to support@alittlelacey.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. We will ship the correct item to you immediately with express shipping and pay for the return shipping of the item received incorrectly.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be cancelled within 3 hours of being placed in our system, and only if the order has not yet been processed. Non-refundable merchant payment processing fees will be deducted from your refund amount. Our warehouse team pick and pack the orders very quickly to ensure you receive your products in the shortest time.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ALL RETURNS

Colour differences are not considered to be a fault. Monitors can display colours differently. We strive to represent all our products as accurately as possible. If you have any questions regarding colours, please contact us before ordering.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack your return safely and take note of your tracking details.

All products must be returned in new condition with original tags still attached. The items cannot be worn, scented, washed, damaged, broken, or altered in any way to obtain a refund or credit.

All additional postage charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to deduct non-refundable fees charged by merchants such as AfterPay, Stripe and Paypal if an order is cancelled under the 3 hour Cancellation Policy.

All returns must be received at our PO Box within 30 days of when your order was delivered to be eligible for a refund or credit (whichever is applicable)

Returns must include your name and order number so we can identify your return. Without these details we will be unable to process your return.
