In stock orders are usually shipped within 1-2 days.
Express orders are shipped the same day if ordered before 12pm AEST.
Pre-orders will be sent on the date specified in the product description for that item.
If you order in stock items and preorder items in one order all items will be held until everything in your order is in stock. If you need your items to be sent separately please place two orders.
We may be able to amend the address or other details if your order has not yet been processed. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have ordered extra items we reserve the right to deduct any applicable Merchant payment processing fees from any refundable amount. We may not be able to amend your order if processing has already commenced. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you can return any extra items for a credit note. Please see our Returns Policy for further information.
You cannot amend your order by messaging us on social media.

If you have not received your order within a week or it looks “stuck” in your tracking please contact the relevant shipping company for further information and assistance.

If you order extra items to try on or to decide which style you prefer, we will only issue a CREDIT NOTE when they are returned. This is classed as a Change of Mind return and will not be refunded. Please see our Returns Policy for further details.
We are always available and very happy to assist with sizing questions. You can send us your measurements and we will help you choose the correct sizes, or provide additional photographs of colours if needed to clarify.

Each of our items has a size chart either in the production description or in the photo gallery. We measure each garment to ensure the best fit. if you click the size chart link on the product page there are instructions on how to measure your child also.
