How long will it take to dispatch my order?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 days.

PRIORITY PROCESSING is available at checkout.

In times of our big sales orders may take longer. Please view the T&C's of the sale for more information.

We will send you tracking so please ensure your email address is correct and check your junk mail folder if you haven't received an Order Confirmation and add us to your accepted email list.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our Coolum warehouse on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. All items are in stock and ready to ship unless otherwise stated.

How do I track my order ?

Order can be tracked by clicking the link provided in your Order Shipped email or by going directly to Australia Post here – https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search

If there is any issue with your delivery please let us know so we can help out and contact the relevant shipping service to lodge an enquiry directly.Australia Post can provide a photo of the delivery location on request or you may be able to access this information by logging into your Australia Post account.

My order hasn’t arrived and it has been more than a week.

If you have not received your order within a week or it looks “stuck” in your tracking please contact the relevant shipping company for further information and assistance and/or email our support team via the Contact page or chat button.

Due to the volume of orders we cannot make changes to any orders once placed. Please check your items carefully before ordering.

Can I order extra dresses and send back the ones that don't fit ?

If you’ve ordered extra items, you’re welcome to return them for an exchange or a store credit (gift card). In a hurry? Contact us and we’ll arrange a fast exchange for you.

Help! I can’t find my Order Confirmation or tracking email ?

Please check your junk email folder for our notification emails. Please log into your Account and check that your email address was entered correctly when placing your order before contacting us. 

Where is your size chart?

A size guide/chart is available on each product listing to assist you in purchasing the correct size. Click the size guide link above the size selection boxes on each product.

We measure each garment to ensure the best fit. Please contact us via the chat button for sizing assistance anytime.

Can I cancel my order once it has been confirmed ?

Can I return sale items ?

You can return your items if purchased during a storewide sale (eg EOFY/Black Friday) and they are not in the Sale section.

Items in the Sale category are final sale and cannot be returned for an exchange or store credit.

SALES & DISCOUNTS FAQs

Can I use my signup discount on sale items?

The 10% first order welcome discount applies to all products. Minimum purchase amount is $100 AUD. If you are in NZ and your code isn't working you may try adding a small item as the exchange rate difference could mean it is under $100 AUD. Please contact us by clicking on the website chat button, if you have any questions or issues.

What happens if I purchase prior to a sale?

If an order has been placed prior to an advertised sale/promotion, we are unable to apply any discount/promotion to any order made prior to the commencement of the sale/promotion

Can I return sale items ?

You can return your items if purchased during a storewide sale (eg EOFY/Black Friday) and they are not in the Sale section.

Items in the Sale category are final sale and cannot be returned for an exchange or store credit.

Can I combine discount codes?

Only one discount can be applied to an order.
