Can I use my signup discount on full priced items?

Signup discount only applies to full priced items.

How long will it take to dispatch my order?

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 days. Express orders are dispatched same day if ordered by 12 noon AEST or the next day if ordered after that time.

In times of our big sales orders may take longer. Please view the T&C's of the sale for more information.

We will send you tracking so please ensure your email address is correct and check your junk mail folder if you haven't received an Order Confirmation and add us to your accepted email list.

What if I make a mistake on my order ?

Due to the volume of orders we cannot make changes to any orders once placed. Please check your items carefully before ordering.

Can I cancel my order once it has been confirmed ?

We cannot cancel Black Friday orders once they have been placed. Please check carefully and ask us any questions before paying for your order.

Can I order extra dresses and send back the ones that don't fit ?

Any extra items ordered can be returned for an exchange or Gift card. If you are short of time please contact us and we can arrange a fast exchange for you. Please see our Returns Policy for further details.

I can’t find my Order Confirmation or tracking email ?

Please check your junk email folder for our notification emails. Please log into your Account and check that your email address was entered correctly when placing your order before contacting us. 

My order hasn’t arrived and it has been more than a week.

If you have not received your order within a week or it looks “stuck” in your tracking please contact the relevant shipping company for further information and assistance.

Do you have a size chart?

We don't have a generic sizing chart.

Each of our items has a measurement chart either in the production description or in the photo gallery.

We measure each garment to ensure the best fit. if you click the size chart link on the product page there are instructions on how to measure your child. Please contact us via the chat button for sizing assistance anytime.

How do I return an order?

Please visit our Shipping and Returns page for all return policy details and to create a return.

Can I combine discount codes?

Only one discount can be applied to an order.
