SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are shipped with Australia Post. Parcels will be left at your address if safe to do so or a card will be left for collection. Orders over $250 may require a signature upon delivery. We can ship to your street address, PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY

Express Post (1-3 business days) - orders are shipped the same day if ordered by midday AEST.

Regular Post (3-10 business days) - orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. This may be longer duirng our large sales and public holidays.

WA, NT and rural deliveries may take extra time. We strongly recommend express post if you are needing your order for an upcoming event.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, if your country isn’t listed please ask us for a quote.

Import Duties & Taxes

Customs Duties and Import Duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with the carrier in your country to see if there will be extra costs on arrival. All additional fees and charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check the regulations in your country before purchasing.

Returns

RETURNS POLICY - AUSTRALIA & NZ

Process your returns via our returns portal

Full priced items may be returned within 30 days of your order being shipped. You can choose an exchange of size of the identical item, or a Store Credit.

If you wish to exchange any items, please lodge a return through our Returns Portal. If you choose to place a second order the refund for your first order will be in the form of a Store Credit.

All returns must be received at our PO Box within 14 days of your return request.

All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Your return will be processed within 3 business days and we will notify you by email.

The return address is available in our Returns Portal once you have lodged you return request.

Terms & Conditions of all returns
  1. Colour differences and floral print placement are not considered to be a fault. Monitors can display colours differently. We strive to represent all our products as accurately as possible. If you have any questions regarding colours, please contact us before ordering.
  2. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack your return safely and take note of your tracking details.
  3. All products must be returned in new condition with original tags still attached. The items cannot be worn, scented, washed, damaged, broken, or altered in any way.
  4. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges will be shipped back to you with FREE Regular Post. We provide one free exchagne per order.
  5. We reserve the right to deduct non-refundable fees charged by merchants such as AfterPay, Stripe and PayPal if an order is cancelled. Please see the section on cancellations below.
  6. You must request a return within 30 days of the date your Order was marked as shipped to be eligible for a return.
  7. Returns must include your name and order number so we can identify your return. Without these details we will be unable to process your return.
  8. Returns must be received by us within 14 days of lodging your return in our Returns Portal. Your return will be automatically cancelled after this date.

Type of Return

Exchange or Change of Mind

Change of mind includes any return other than a faulty item including change of size or colour, or simply not loving an item. We offer an exchange of size or Store Credit if you change you mind or return your purchase.

Your exchange will be shipped back to you with FREE REGULAR shipping within Australia and NZ. This applies to one exchange per order. If you need EXPRESS shipping please include a self addressed express post satchel. The cost of posting your items back for a return or exchange are the customer's responsibility.

If you are short of time please contact us and we will do our best to expedite a fast exchange.

Size guides for each product can be found on the product page by clicking the Size Guide link. Please message us if you need help with sizes or colours, we are always very happy to take a look and give our recommendations.

Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned unless deemed to be faulty.

Faulty Item

We aim for the best quality but faults can happen!

In the unlikely event your order includes a faulty item, we will replace with the identical item as per Australian Consumer Law. If the identical item is unavailable we will either refund you or replace with an item of your choice to the same value, once the fault has been verified.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and notifiy us at support@alittlelacey.com.au within 7 days of delivery of any faults. Please include photos of the fault to speed up the process.

Faulty items need to be received by us within 14 days of your return label being issued in order to be eligible for an exchange or refund.

Incorrect Item Received

We are all human and mistakes happen (not often, we promise). If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please email details to support@alittlelacey.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. We will email you a paid shipping label to return your item. Once your parcel has been lodged with the postal carrier, we will ship the correct item to you.

Order Cancellations

Our warehouse team pick and pack the orders very quickly to ensure you receive your products in the shortest time. All order cancellation requests must be emailed to support@alittlelacey.com.au.

Orders may be cancelled only if processing has not yet begun. During busy periods and sales it may not be possible to cancel your order.

If we are able to cancel your order, non-refundable merchant payment processing fees will be deducted from your refund amount.

Sale Items

Please note: Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned unless deemed to be faulty as per Australian Consumer Law.
