Covid 19 Delivery Information

AUSTRALIA – No delays.

OTHER COUNTRIES – Significant delays at present due to limited flights. Please allow extra time when ordering as we cannot guarantee the usual delivery times. Refunds cannot be given if items are not received on time.

We cannot provide a refund if your order does not arrive in time as this is out of our control. Australia Post and other courier companies have suspended EXPRESS POST GUARANTEES. We ship all our items very quickly and will endeavour to make sure your items arrive quickly.

We send with a courier or Australia Post. No signature is required.

Parcels will be left at your address if safe to do so. You may leave a note at checkout stating where you would like your parcel to be left. Our couriers usually have a drop-off point in the nearest town if you live in a remote location.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, if your country isn’t listed please ask us for a quote.

Any extra amount required for Customs Duties and Import Duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with the carrier in your country to see if there will be extra costs on arrival.

Returns

30 DAY RETURNS POLICY

Process your returns via our returns portal

Once your return has been approved please return it to the address below. Your return needs to be received at our PO Box within 30 days of the date it was delivered to you. Your return will be processed within 7 business days and you will be notified by email. Please see below for information relating to each type of return.

International Orders

All postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer. International orders can be returned within 45 days of order date due to extra shipping time.

Terms & Conditions of all returns
  1. Colour differences are not considered to be a fault. Monitors can display colours differently. We strive to represent all our products as accurately as possible. If you have any questions regarding colours, please contact us before ordering.
  2. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack your return safely and take note of your tracking details.
  3. All products must be returned in new condition with original tags still attached. The items cannot be worn, scented, washed, damaged, broken, or altered in any way to obtain a refund or credit.
  4. All additional postage charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  5. We reserve the right to deduct non-refundable fees charged by merchants such as AfterPay, Stripe and PayPal if an order is cancelled under the 3 hour Cancellation Policy.
  6. All returns must be received at our PO Box within 30 days of your order date to be eligible for a refund or credit (whichever is applicable)
  7. Returns must include your name and order number so we can identify your return. Without these details we will be unable to process your return.
Change of Mind Policy

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. This includes any return other than a faulty item. You may return your item for an exchange or credit note within 30 days of your order date.

Exchange

You can return an item to exchange the size or colour within 30 days of order date. We will issue a credit note which can be used to order the new item. Credit notes are valid for 12 months and can be used on any items.

Exchanges due to size or colour are classed as change of mind. We provide individual size charts for each item and endeavour to display each item as accurately as possible. Some photos are taken by photographers and may show colour variations. If you are uncertain about sizing or colour please email us for help before placing your order. Floral placement will vary with each print, we do not accept returns because of print placement.

Faulty Item

Faults are rare as our quality control is excellent but they do happen from time to time. If your order includes a faulty item, we will either replace or refund the item once the fault has been verified. Please email details to support@alittlelacey.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.

Incorrect Item Received

We are all human and mistakes happen (not often, we promise). If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please email details to support@alittlelacey.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. We will ship the correct item to you immediately and pay for the return shipping of the item received incorrectly.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 3 hours of being placed in our system, and only if the order has not yet been processed; meaning our team has not yet packed your order and/or created a shipping label.

Non-refundable merchant payment processing fees will be deducted from your refund amount. Our warehouse team pick and pack the orders very quickly to ensure you receive your products in the shortest time. Please email support@alittlelacey.com.au to request a cancellation.
