Dispatch Timeframes

Orders ship Monday–Friday within 1–3 business days from our warehouse in Sunshine Coast, Queensland.
Note: Delays may occur during sale periods.

Import Duties & Taxes
Customs duties and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Check with your local carrier for any extra costs upon arrival.

UK & Ireland

  • Standard (6–12 business days): $20 AUD (~£10 GBP)

Returns Policy

Australian & New Zealand Returns

Return Options

A Little Lacey happily offers an exchange or store credit for full priced items when a Return Request is lodged within 30 days of your order being dispatched by us.

Exchanges can only be made for the same style and price of your original purchase, through our returns portal. If you require an alternate style or colour, please choose Store Credit in our returns portal.

Please note we do not provide refunds unless an item is determined to be faulty.

How to Return or Exchange – Australia & NZ
  1. Submit a return request online within 30 days of the dispatch of your order.
  2. Please wait for an email approving your return. (check your junk mail). Return your item/s to the address provided once your return has been approved. Please note return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  3. Returns must arrive at our warehouse within 14 days of approval of your Return Request. Please Kindly Note: Returns not received within this timeframe will be automatically cancelled.
  4. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing once your return has been received by us.
  5. If you chose exchange we will automatically ship your new size to you with FREE standard shipping and notify you by email. If you chose Store Credit we will email a Gift Card to you.
  6. Orders are eligible for one exchange. If you wish to return your exchange you may return it for a Store Credit.

Important Notes For Your Return
  • All returns must meet the conditions below and you must include proof of purchase in your return parcel.
  • Returns can only be accepted at the PO Box address provided.
  • Any additional orders placed due to time constraints are eligible for a store credit upon return (no refunds will be given)
  • Please kindly note we offer 1 exchange per order, if you wish to return your exchange for a second time a store credit will be issued.
Products Not Eligible for Return
  • Items marked as SALE are priced to clear and are not eligible to be returned unless the product is faulty. Refunds or exchanges will not be offered for these items. We ask you to kindly consider your purchase carefully.

  • Hair Accessories due to health and safety concerns
Return Terms & Conditions
  • Items must be returned in saleable, new condition - unused, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  • Products that have been worn, damaged or contain pet/human hair, scents, stains, or alterations of any kind will not be accepted and will be automatically returned to the customer.
  • Returns due to sizing, fit, colour, or styling preferences are considered change of mind.
  • We are not responsible for duplicate orders, incorrect purchases, or orders placed by another household member.
  • Slight variations in colour, lace pattern, or floral print placement are normal and not considered faults. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification.

International Returns - Other Countries

To start your return, email support@alittlelacey.com.au. International orders are not eligible for free exchanges. You may return items at your expense for store credit within 30 days of shipment.e

Sale Items

Items in the Sale Category or any Sale sub-category are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless found faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

Full priced items purchased with an automatic discount code (eg. Sitewide 20% Off Sale) remain eligible for return.

Order Cancellations

Our warehouse team processes orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Once an order is processed, it cannot be cancelled, so please review your order carefully and reach out with any questions before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for overspending, duplicate orders, errors, or change of mind.

If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to cancel it and issue store credit for the order amount. A 5% cancellation fee may apply to cover processing costs for any cancelled order.

Faulty Item Received

Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us at support@alittlelacey.com.au within 7 days of delivery of any faults. Please include clear photos showing the fault to speed up the process.

We apologise if you have received a faulty item. We will replace your item with the identical item as per Australian Consumer Law. If the identical item is unavailable we will either refund you or replace with an item of your choice to the same value, once the fault has been verified. We are unable to change the size if your item is faulty.

Please post back your faulty item promptly (within 7 days) in order to be eligible for an exchange or refund.

Incorrect Item Received

We’re sorry for the mix-up! While rare, mistakes can happen. Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us at support@alittlelacey.com.au within 5 days of delivery.

We will provide a pre-paid return label for you to send the item back. Once your parcel has been lodged with the postal carrier, we will ship the correct item to you.
